The last post here says to update to 3.1.0.2 I have had the same experience with my laptop ( not my PC) at a different internet connection & location. Sometimes they re-connect, sometimes not. I should tell you that I have had a lot of disconnects lately. I had the client disable AntiVirus protection during troubleshooting tooĪny further suggestions for resolving this problem would be much appreciated. I have restarted the problematic computer many times during troubleshooting I have also confirmed that their network is working on the problematic computer and that SplashTop Streamer is running the error: "Cannot Connect: Please make sure network is available and SplashTop streamer is running" I have walked the client through logging out/logging in SplashTop Streamer on the problematic PC I can connect to one but not the other using both SplashTop Business for Mac (3.1.0.0) and SplashTop Business for Windows (3.1.0.0) one is running Windows 10 Pro, the other is running Windows 7 Home (both are up-to-date) both are running SplashTop Streamer 3.0.8.3 I have two Windows computers beside one another in the same room at a client's house travelled to the client's home, uninstalled SplashTop, weeded out references in Registry, reinstalled SplashTop now I can connect remotely
